Home-made Chocolate Mousse

8. First time around, not so successful (apparently fat free cream isn’t a good idea). Second time around: heavenly. Combine that with frozen strawberries picked from an awesome local farm and you’ve got yourself a solid 8.

  1. Ditto to Lisa. Mousse is quite possibly one of my favorite foods. In my opinion, raspberrys are really the way to go though…
